Agreed! It wouldn't surprise me if she had a dipsomancer somewhere on staff, too. For one thing, they're not uncommon---at least, as far as adepts go---and it wouldn't surprise me if Deena were willing to make the necessary concessions for a boozehound, provided they were discreet.

Now I'm just imagining this dipso who's a little like the store's wine aunt. She works mainly in seasonal, goes all-out for every holiday, (it's definitely her who hangs garland and cobwebs and snowflakes and hearts on the tills,) and dotes on the greenhouse stock in the summer.

Despite the potential liability of a dipso, it's probably a good idea to have one; they've got a few skills useful for shutting down dangerous situations.
